Donald B. Nicholas, Jr: Founder and CEO – REVITA Anti-Aging, LLC.

Donald (Don) B. Nicholas Jr. is founder and Chief Executive Officer of REVITA Anti-Aging, LLC and CEO of The Men’s Clinic Charlotte, LLC.  Don also plays a role in REVITA Medical PC, the firm which provides all medical services through specially trained physicians. REVITA’s mission is to help men and women reclaim lost energy and vigor, sharpen thinking, improve memory, decrease body fat and transition their bodies to more lean muscle. Through our innovative therapies, our patients get better with age: They experience clarity of mind and vitality of body that they last felt years, even decades prior.

Mr. Nicholas has had a passion for personal lifelong health and wellness from an early age. Mr. Nicholas continues to stay healthy and fit through such activities as mountain biking, hiking, weightlifting, triathlons, mixed martial arts and yoga. Mr. Nicholas had never planned to be in the medical field until he became a patient of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy himself. Don felt such a tremendous difference and experienced such a dramatic improvement in his own life that he decided this type of medicine was something he wanted to know more about. After significant research, Mr. Nicholas decided to help bring this type of treatment to others.

Born in Westwood, Massachusetts and the eldest of three, Don attended The University of Massachusetts (UMASS) Amherst. Don graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Marketing as with a focus on Exercise Science. Mr. Nicholas was also a college PE instructor while attending the University.

After college, Don worked his way up from an entry-level position to become Director of Sales for the Mid-Atlantic region at a top ten nationwide Staffing Company. In 2001, Mr. Nicholas pushed into the technology sector and became Senior Vice President of a start-up financial software company. That company was successfully built and sold to a publicly traded firm.

Mr. Don Nicholas holds memberships in several organizations including the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, Age Management Medicine Group, The National Business Association, and others. Mr. Nicholas is on the board of both local and national firms. Mr. Nicholas’s Philanthropic associations are the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society. Don personally pays for the medical care of many less fortunate patients, so they may receive care at REVITA. He continues to do so each month in an effort to promote wellness and give back to the community. For the past two years, Don has donated 100% of corporate earnings to charity and has forgone a salary.  Don is also a member of Elevation Church in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Check out our blog for details on some of the ways we worked to give back in 2010.

Peter C. Fotinos, MD: Medical Director – REVITA Medical, PC

anti aging doctorDr. Peter Fotinos was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He graduated with the highest honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his Medical Doctorate as an undergraduate from the University as well. The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is one of the nation’s leading schools of medicine, currently ranked second out of 144 in clinical care by US News and World Report. Dr. Fotinos served his residency at Carolinas Medical Center. Dr. Fotinos was the attending physician as well as lead physician-in-training at Presbyterian Urgent Care located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

While practicing at Urgent Care and during his time in Family Practice he saw many cases that couldn’t be addressed with traditional medicine. Such cases were generally attributed to the natural course of aging. Dr. Fotinos learned that “the natural course of aging” wasn’t necessarily a diagnosis he had to give to patients. He discovered there were alternative holistic treatments coupled with traditional medicine he could provide. His mission at REVITA is to help patients regain their short and long term wellness using natural treatments based on latest medical research. To give the best care possible, Dr. Fotinos desired a more personal relationship with his patients. He wanted to help them make proactive decisions about their health in order to avoid developing illnesses and degenerative conditions in the first place. Dr. Fotinos also wanted to help build a practice where patients can feel at home. He takes time to listen to his patients, allowing a clear understanding of individual needs. With this understanding he gears his treatment style specifically tailored to each patient. He loves it when patients call and let him know that he has helped them regain energy, health and well-being. He is committed to his patient’s success.

Currently Dr. Fotinos is a member of the following organizations:

  • American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M)
  • Age Management Medical Group (AAMG)
  • North American Menopause Society (NAMS)
  • American Academy of Family Practice (AAFP)
  • North Carolina Medical Society (NCMS)
  • World Link Medical, Mastering The Protocols for Optimization of Hormone Replacement Therapy (Trained)

Philanthropy: Dr. Fotinos is Greek American. He has made generous donations to the American Cancer Society as well as many other charities. He has provided medical care for adults and children at a free clinic that was located in a local church.
