30 Day Wellness Transformation

By Green Juicing, you can throw out all your expensive vitamins and prevent disease while feeling more vital and energetic than you have in years, possibly decades. Just like you clean your house and change the dirty oil in your car, so does the inside of your body require cleansing of toxins from over-processed foods and daily exposure to chemicals. These side effects can include bloating, sluggishness, constipation, allergies, poor sleep, weight gain and inability to lose weight, to name a few. In order to better assimilate the foods we eat, these poisons need to be flushed out of the system for a fresh start.

Combine Yoga and Meditation to transform your mind and body. Breathing and yoga postures in conjunction with a proper detoxifying program have been known for years to bring harmony and balance, thus helping to shed unnecessary weight and stress from the body. As a result, you will leap out of bed in the morning requiring less sleep and having more energy. Experience a transformation of your mind-body-spirit.

Your journey will begin by meeting with your Personal Wellness Physician. This specially trained Doctor will review over 100 of your internal chemistries to see how your body is functioning in all major wellness areas. All of your vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, hormones, and key organs will be evaluated to determine their functioning using several types of compressive testing.  When the results come in, your Personal Wellness Physician will meet with you again at our office to review recommendations to improve your short and long-term health.

Throughout this process, your personal Wellness Guide will walk you through your custom-created transformation journey. Your Wellness Guide will tailor your specific program according to your needs during your first one-on-one session. You will then meet with your Wellness Guide 3 days per week for 1-1.5 hours in addition to meeting with your Wellness Physician.

Your yoga instructor will design a custom program that will allow you to accomplish your goals, such as eliminate back problems, increase energy, add flexibility, improve strength, lose weight, decrease stress, enhance mental focus and health, reduce anxiety, control asthma, heal naturally, and others you may have.
  • Meditation: Naturally de-stress and release tension to reduce the levels of stress hormones in your body. Stress is a major cause of malaise, inhibiting your ability to fully enjoy your life and reach your potential. Our meditation will be tailored to meet your goals, clear your mind, and open your soul. You will enter a fresh, clear zone where you will experience complete peace of mind throughout the program.
